  * USERS AFFECTED: All QMF for TSO/CICS V12.1 users.            *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The user issued an INSERT statement     *
  *                      from the QMF/CICS query panel,          *
  *                      confirmed the update by selecting       *
  *                      option 1 (YES) on the confirmation      *
  *                      panel and saw the message DSQ20959 "OK, *
  *                      number of rows modified in the          *
  *                      database: 1." After this, the user      *
  *                      found that he still held exclusive      *
  *                      locks on the table space. Other users   *
  *                      were prevented from seeing and using    *
  *                      the data. Answering YES and confirming  *
  *                      the update should have performed the    *
  *                      INSERT and released all locks.          *

  Module DSQDCKRT was incorrectly processing COMMIT statements.
