  This feature can help when troubleshooting issues with long
  running transactions.
  

Problem conclusion

• Two DataSource MBean methods were added, enableJDBCTiming and
  disableJDBCTiming. EnableJDBCTiming takes a threshold
  parameter in milliseconds, which determines how long a
  transaction can run before a stack trace and debug info is
  output. DisableJDBCTiming takes no parameters, and turns off
  any further output.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.4 and 8.5.5.12.  Please refer to the
