* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

CICS 5.4 is not currently supported by the WebSphere Optimzed
Local Adapters CICS Link Server.  When using WebSphere Optimized
Local Adapters along with the CICS 5.4 BBOC transaction, the
following message is received:

BBOA8000I: The current CICS level 5.4 is not supported

Problem conclusion

Support for CICS 5.4 was added to the WebSphere Optimized Local
Adapters CICS Link Server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
delivery information:
