Error description

• We discovered an end-less loop after an abend occurred prior to
  the installation of PI80055 which caused a abnormal consumption
  of CPU due to data corruption fallout. This code change will
  eliminate the loop and issue a error message indicating that a
  problem in this area has occurred.
