*                      to access data sets that are encrypted  *
*                      through DFSMS policy based controls.    *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

This APAR provides no migration or fallback capabilities. The
user must ensure the required software and hardware
prerequisites are applied on all systems before enabling
encrypted data sets to be used by DB2. DB2 11 provides no data
base administrator controls as enabling and managing data set
encryption is through DFSMS data set policies.
