Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED: OMEGAMON XE for DB2 PE/DB2PM                 *
*                 users of component                           *
*                 - PE Server subtask                          *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: OMPE Server may issue FPEV0158W message *
*                      and start diagnostics traces for false  *
*                      'High CPU' condition in the FPEMEXA0    *
*                      subtask.                                *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
****************************************************************
False 'High CPU' condition can be detected by PE Server when
several UI-driven FPEMEXA0 subtasks co-exists. That caused by
the subtask relative position change against the saved subtasks
list. This false 'High CPU' condition causes PE Server to start
diagnostics traces and request address space dump unnecessarily.
