PI81701: ADD APACHE 2.4.X SUPPORT FOR HT AGENT ON AIX

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• Apache 2.4.x is only supported for HT agent 7.1.0.4 on Linux and
  Solaris at the moment.
  
  Apache 2.4.x must be extended to AIX.
  
  Currently, when HT 7.1.0.4 agent configuration is attempted on
  an Apache 2.4.x on AIX, the following error messages occur:
  
  
  KHTC0003E Unexpected exception java.lang.Exception: Error
  executing
  /opt/freeware/sbin/apachectl with options: -V.Error code: 255.
  Refer to

  KHTC0006E Error: Unable to determine version of Apache runtime
  specified by home path /opt/freeware/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
