Error description

• Following the failure of a utility, like REORG, the Autonomics
  Action may incorrectly show as Open instead of Error. Also, the
  output from the failed utility is not retained.

  The utility went into STOPPED status in DB2 and the executing
  WLMU address space abnormally terminated as expected.
