    When EDM Pool Static SQL Cache Summary data or Dynamic
    Statement Cache data are selected for display in the
    Eextended 3270 User Interface, the PE Server subtask
    retrieves IFCID 316 respective IFCID 401 performance data
    and prepares the data for submission to the user
    interface. If more data are received from DB2 than can be
    stored in an internal work buffer during the preparation
    step, a work buffer overrun causes abend 0C4 or overlays
    consecutive data.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code has been corrected accordingly to avoid a work
    buffer overrun.
