PI81628: AVOID CUSTOMIZING THE TOOLS CUSTOMIZER STARTUP EXEC

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• The Tools Customizer startup exec will automatically default to
  the high level qualifer of the SCCQEXEC dataset name.
  
  In this way the user can invoke Tools Customizer by just
  specifying 'ex' as a line command in 3.4 next to the SCCQEXEC
  data set.
  
  Users can continue to edit the SCCQEXEC(CCQTCZ) member if
  prefered.
  

Local fix

• Change the HLQ, of the following line, to the High level
  qualifier for your Tools Customizer install in SCCQEXEC(CCQTCZ):
  
    TCZHLQ = "<TCz HLQ>"

  *                      * or by specifying the HLQ as the       *
  *                       first parameter when starting the      *
  *                       exec. For example:                     *
  *                       EX '<HLQ>.SCCQEXEC(CCQTCZ)' '<TCZ HLQ> *
  *                                                              *
  *                      This PTF provides support where the     *
  *                      "High level qualifier for TCz install"  *
  *                      is defaulted to the HLQ of the          *
  *                      SCCQEXEC product library.               *
  *                      So if the "High level qualifier for     *
  *                      TCz install" is the same as the HLQ of  *
  *                      the SCCQEXEC product library, you       *
  *                      don't need to specify "High level       *
  *                      qualifier for TCz install" when         *
  *                      invoking Tools Customizer.              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      For example.  If the product library    *
  *                      dataset name is                         *
  *                      'DB2TOOL.PTF110.SCCQEXEC'.              *
  *                      EX 'DB2TOOL.PTF110.SCCQEXEC(CCQTCZ)'    *
