Error description

• When the analyzed DDL contains a CREATE VIEW
  statement with:
  1. Mixed case common table column
  2. Common table column is concatenated by a correlation name
  the execution of CREATE VIEW statement will fail with a
  SQLCODE -206 / SQLCODEN206 error:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -206, ERROR: >OBJECT<
   IS NOT VALID IN THE CONTEXT WHERE IT IS USED
    DSNT418I SQLSTATE = 42703
    SQLSTATE RETURN CODE
