Error description

• This Roll Up APAR addresses the following issues:
  .
  1) TCz: Enable Discovery from current release.
  2) TCz: Enhance TCz job routing to support JES3.
  3) Panel HAA$STCG: Miscellaneous errors.
  4) S0C1 ABEND occurs after certain operation in Autonomic
     Console option.
  5) Event notifications with multiple DB2 subsystems.
  6) Symptom not being stored in Symptom table when exception on
     dependent index triggers a TS REORG.
  7) HAA$ADMX panel display reformatted.
  8) Option to generate SET PROFILE RUNSTATS for all tables.
  9) RUNSTATS: Set Profile not allowed with Tablesample.
  10) TCz: Add Update Option for Symptom Registry
