PI81456: SETBKMK COMMAND USES THE WRONG POSITION TO START MIRRORING

Error description

• The CDC z/OS SETBKMK command incorrectly sets the initial log
  scraping position to the end of the last committed transaction.
  This can result in data loss upon subscription restart for
  transactions that were started prior to that last committed
  transaction.

  The SETBKMK code extracted the log scrape restart position from
  the wrong field within the bookmark.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code to set the log reading starting position was updated to
  correct the issue.
