not all attributes could fit into the history
configuration buffer due to the buffer size limit.

Problem conclusion

No history data for Key performance indicator in DB2 System
States

Conclusion:
   Corrected the Collection Location to TEMA for attribute group
   "DB2_System_States" in History Collection Configuration to
   ensure all attributes are included.
