Error description

• Attempting to use a WSL to change a column from char(2) to
  smallint. The job output shows two ONCODE conditions:
  IBM0441W ONCODE=150 The STRINGSIZE condition was raised.
     From entry point PROCESS_LOAD_STMT
  IBM0342S ONCODE=340 The SIZE condition was raised.
     From entry point WRITE_REPORT
  
  The ONCODE=150 is fixed with APAR PI76600. This APAR is
  for the ONCODE=340.
