Error description

• After the installation of APAR PI57924, a performance
  degradation can occur when multiple transactions or BMPs that
  issue millions of DLIcalls on disparate DBDs, are executed in
  parallel. This degradation can occur when the active STAP policy
  schema is such that the majority of DLI calls are not filtered
  out by USERID or PSB name (Stage 1 filtering), but Stage2
  filtering is required which filters DLI calls on DBD/Segment
  names or when all DLI calls are to be audited..
