Error description

• The Destination Selection Specification panel (GJEP94S) should
  return all destinations by name when blank or * is entered in
  Destination Name.  However, an empty list is returned.

Problem conclusion

• Install the APAR to have transaction affinity option working
  with empty character '*' transaction name in panel GJEP94S.
