  Even with option 'REORG/REBUILD' set to NO, a REORG statement
  is generated in the following WSL statement sequence:
  
  ALTER TABLESPACE >object< SEGSIZE 64 ;
  REORG TABLESPACE >object<;
  
  ALTER TABLE >object<
     ADD CONSTRAINT >object< PRIMARY KEY
      (ROLE_NAME,ROLE_APM) ;
  
  but the REORG statement should not be generated.
