    *                      because module IRTFSC15 is missing.     *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF that corrects this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
The IRT151B USERMOD uses SMPE to copy the PRF load modules into
SDFSRESL. To perform this copy, JCLIN is used to generate link
instructions for SMPE. The JCLIN for IRTFSC15 inadvertently
named the module IRTFSC14 instead of IRTFSC15. This means that a
module named IRTFSC15 is not created in SDFSRESL. Note that
while this also means that module IRTFSC14 is incorrect, this
should not be an issue. The IRTFSCxx modules are IMS version-
dependent, with the last two digits of the module name
indicating the IMS version the module is supposed to support.
Since the correct USERMOD to support IMS V14 is the IRT141B
USERMOD, and that USERMOD is correct, the invalid IRTFSC14
    module should never be executed.

Problem conclusion

  • Upon application of this PTF, and upon re-installing the new
version of the IRT151B USERMOD, PRF-controlled jobs will no
longer experience the ABENDS806 due to a missing IRTFSC15
    module.
