  Problem Description:
  Replacement string for apostrophe (') produce bad result on
  first occurrence

Problem conclusion

• Prevent corrupted data from showing up in the output of an
  PACKAGE function when using native schema XML data as input and
  the prior XML element was an any element field.  Had to
  correctly clear the current element data.
  
  Applies to:
  8.4.0.5, 8.4.1.4, 9.0.0.2
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
