Error description

  • IBM Explorer for z/OS - zExpl
Attempts to display the properties of a PDS may show incorrect
data for some members.

Some members may display blanks for the Created date and Last
Modified date.

This same member view via ISPF will show that the created
date and last modified dates are the same.

Local fix

  • Modify and save the member.

Problem summary

*                         and Last Modified date.              *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

01.In z/OS Explorer, when viewing members with extended stats
   may display blanks for the Created date and Last Modified
   date.

Problem conclusion

  • 01.The z/OS Explorer host modules have been updated to not
   treat the ISPF data as invalid if the extended stats bit is
   turned ON.
