PI80844: Failure if running binaryLog view serverName from wlp/usr/servers directory

Error description

When configuring a Liberty server with binary logging and
running the command "binaryLog view serverName" from the
wlp/usr/servers directory, the command returns the following
error:

Server logs directory or repository directory specified does
not contain any log or trace files.
For usage information use binaryLog help.

When configuring a Liberty server with binary logging and
running the command "binaryLog view serverName" from the
wlp/usr/servers directory, the command returns the following
error:

Server logs directory or repository directory specified does not
contain any log or trace files.
For usage information use binaryLog help.

The problem only happens when running the binaryLog view command
from the wlp/usr/servers directory.

Problem conclusion

The code failed due to finding a directory equivalent to the
server name in the current directory and handling the situation
incorrectly.  This code path has been modified such that a
repository path is created that points at the server logs.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for

Temporary fix

Run the binaryLog view command from any directory except at the
wlp/usr/servers directory.
