  z/OS is providing an alternative method of obtaining the TSO
  PROFILE PREFIX data set prefix value in order to enable future
  support for 8-byte data set prefixes in TSO.  The REXX stream
  I/O package shipped with the REXX library uses the prefix to
  complete a data set name if it is not fully qualified, so it
  needed to be modified to support the new form of prefix when
  necessary.
