  The new IFCID 239 QPACINCOMPAT flag provides indication that
  package contains incompatible SQL statements.
  
  The new IFCIDs 366 and 367 fields added by DB2 APARs PI76402 and
  PI71903 provide incompatible SQL text, schema, specific program
  name and parameters list for invoked SP or UDF.
  
  The new PDB table DB2PMFRTRC_INCOMPT provided to collect IFCIDs
  366 and 376 information about incompatible SQLs execution.
