Error description

• IF DDL FILE THAT IS BEING IMPORTED CONTAINS:
  1) A LINE WITH A --#SET TERMINATOR functional comment
  2) the following line contains a CREATE PROCEDURE
   statement
  In this case the terminator is not recognized and the
  parser will fail on an incomplete CREATE PROCEDURE stmt.
  

Local fix

• To bypass this problem please put a blank line between the
  --#SET TERMINATOR functional comment and the CREATE
  PROCEDURE statement.

  When importing change statements using the CM Batch
  interface, the --#SET TERMINATOR statement is not
  recognized, which leads to a parsing error due to an
