Error description

• DB2 Query Monitor V3.3 requires UPDATE access to the
  CSVDYLPA.ADD.CQC*  RACF FACILITY class profile.
  Query Monitor abnormally terminates at startup with the
  following messages indicating (incorrectly) that access
  to CSVDYLPA.ADD.CQM* is required::
  CQM1033E UNABLE TO CREATE MASTER ADDRESS SPACE, CSVDYLPA
  ERROR, RC=004
  CQM1086E CSVDYLPA RACF FAILURE, DEFINE USERID ASSIGNED TO
  STARTED TASK WITH ACCESS TO CSVDYLPA.ADD.CQM*
  This APAR will update message CQM1086E to correctly
  indicate access to CSVDYLPA.ADD.CQC* is needed:
  CQM1086E CSVDYLPA RACF FAILURE, DEFINE USERID ASSIGNED TO
  STARTED TASK WITH ACCESS TO CSVDYLPA.ADD.CQC*
