PI80741: OpenID Connect (OIDC) cookie not fully removed

Error description

Liberty sets the domain in an OIDC cookie.
However, upon logout, Liberty is not setting the domain upon
cookie invalidation. Thus on second login, Liberty sees the
cookie and an incorrect domain and blocks login flow
entirely.

A cookie used by the OpenIdConnect Client might not be cleared
after a user authenticates.  This might cause an incorrect
response  (http401) from the client if the user logs out and
attempts to log in again without closing the browser.

Problem conclusion

Code is updated so the cookie is correctly cleared.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
