PI80632: Messages with digits in prefix of message ID have a blank messageId field in logstashCollector

Error description

When using the logstashCollector feature, messages with
digits in the prefix (ie. J2CA8500E: or MT3ST1234I:) are not
picked up and the resulting messageId field is blank.

When using the logstashCollector feature, messages with digits
in the prefix (ie. J2CA8500E: or MT3ST1234I:) are not picked up
and the resulting messageId field is blank.

Problem conclusion

Messages with digits in the prefix (first 4 to 5 characters) but
NO digits in the first character are now picked up correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
