You will see different time stamps for access log events on
Kibana dashboard and Access log files.

Problem conclusion

Used access log timestamp instead of access request start time,
which results in the time stamps being the same.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
