Error description

• The CICS preprocessor does not accept a double quote embedded
  within 2 single quotes as a valid literal and error DFH7035I is
  given ie:
  DFH7035I           C        02606         CONTINUATION AND TWO
  QUOTES ASSUMED. A NON-NUMERIC LITERAL WAS BEING  CONTINUED.

  * single quotes ('"'), but the cics preprocessor doesn't like  *
  * that.                                                        *

Problem conclusion

• The logic was changed to generate """" instead of '"'. This
  allows the cics preprocessor to work correctly.
