  When the integrated translator is used to translate COBOL
  programs that use the external CICS interface (EXCI), the
  EXCI option is absent from the list of translator options
  used. In addition, declarations for DFHEIBLK and DFHCOMMAREA
  plus "using dfheiblk dfhcommarea" on the PROCEDURE DIVISION
  statement are inserted by the translator. When the application
  program is run, it fails with an abend 0C4.

Problem conclusion

• DFHEIMOP and DFHEXM00 have been changed to include the EXCI
  option and ensure DFHEIBLK and DFHCOMMAREA references are not
  inserted within EXCI programs.
