Error description

• Message like these should be added to output of CKZ2SUTL
  utility:
  1) QUIESCE point 'quiesce_point_value' will be used in
     TO_LOGPOINT keyword for each of SYNCDB2 member.
  2) TO_LOGPOINT keyword in SYNCDB2
     'syncdb2_data_set(syncdb2_member)' member was
     successfully set to QUIESCE point.
  3) TO_LOGPOINT keyword in SYNCDB2
     'syncdb2_data_set(syncdb2_member)' member was not set
     to QUIESCE point because of the error occurred.
