Error description

• A ClearCase Remote Client web view update can fail with a Java
  error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: null
  
  This can happen when the "server.conf" file on the server has
  been modified. If parallel view loading is enabled
  (ccrcSupportsParallelLoad) and the max CCRC requests per session
  is too low (maxRequestsPerSession), then the error will be seen
  on the client when a web view update is started.
  

Local fix

• Disable parallel view loading or increase the max requests per
  session to at least 7
