Rational Change Interim Fix 12 for 5.3.1.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Import text containing formatting such as carriage returns into
  a Rational Change attribute of type CCM_EXTENDED_TEXT using the
  Change Perl API strips the text of its formatting.
  
  Expected result:  Text formatting such as carriage returns is
  kept.
  Actual result:  Text formatting such as carriage returns are
  stripped from the text.
  

Local fix

• Import the text into an attribute of type CCM_ANNOTATED_TEXT
  After the successful import, change the attribute type to
  CCM_EXTENDED_TEXT

Problem conclusion
