  change, REORG is not generated by Object Compare when
  RUN_REORG_REBUILD = 'A' or RUN_REORG_REBUILD = 'M is specified.

  statement in the following Work Statement List (WSL)

  REORG TABLESPACE <tablespace> ;
  ALTER TABLE <table>
     ADD CONSTRAINT <constraint> PRIMARY KEY
      (ROLE_NAME,ROLE_APM) ;
  
  and the job fails with a SQLCODE = -20385 /
  SQLCODEN20385 error:
  
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -20385, ERROR: THE
  STATEMENT CANNOT BE PROCESSED BECAUSE
  THERE ARE PENDING DEFINITION CHANGES FOR
  OBJECT <tablespace> OF TYPE
           TABLESPACE (REASON 2)
