PI79856: PERFORMANCE ISSUES DUE TO DS_AUDIT_ENTRY TABLE WAIT TIME

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A large number or read audits are created leading to performance
  issues when viewing the audit table in the UI and causing UCD to
  use excessive space in the database.

  Aside from this fix, UCD 6.2.5.0 also includes an option to
  disable the READ audit log entries entirely, significantly
  lowering the side of the log.
  

Problem conclusion

• Many duplicate audit log entries are removed.  Some READs that
  appear to the user to be duplicates remain, as a side effect of
  the way the Javascript frontend application interacts with the
  UCD server.
