PI79715: FIX PROBLEMS INTEGRATING INDEX BUILD INTO RECOVERY PROCESSING

Error description

• Currently, you cannot integrate index build processing into the
  DRF recovery because in order to do that, IMS RE needs to not
  include the indexes on the DRF ADD statements. This fix will
  add a new option on the Execute Recovery options to allow the
  user to indicate they do not want indexes recovered so that IMS
  RE will not make the GENJCL calls to include them on the ADD
  statements.

  not include the indexes in the recovery list.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix adds a new option on the Execute Recovery options to
  allow the user to indicate they do not want indexes recovered so
  that IMS RE will not make the GENJCL calls to include them on
  the GENTYPE=DATASET statements.
