Local fix

Problem summary

  • Formerly, according to SWIFT (Ref: VL/162016) the GPII related
field 121 (activated with SR2016) must contain the Unique
    end-to-end transaction reference (UETR).
To facilitate interoperability SWIFT requires that only lower
case be used when generating UETRs.
However, if EditorAllFieldsUppercase for CT DnqEROUOptions is
configured for FIN, field 121 will be translated to upper case
like all other fields in the FIN messages.

Problem conclusion

  • Now, Field 121 is excluded from upper case translation.
This will be done for MER Formatted View.
