IHS 9.0 / Apache 2.4 with Intelligent Management enabled does no
work after a graceful restart

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After a graceful restart of the         *
*                      webserver,                              *
*                      the server hangs and no replacement     *
*                      ODRLIB                                  *
*                      "server process" is created.            *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:  Apply the fix.                              *
****************************************************************
The ODRLIB "server process" uses an Apache API to determine when
a
graceful restart is in process, but that API had changed between
Apache 2.2 and Apache 2.4. While this would normally result in a
compilation error, a fluke allowed the code to compile under
Apache 2.4 but at runtime would never figure out a graceful
restart was occurring.

Problem conclusion

The problem has been corrected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4  Please refer to the
