  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of IMS Tools Base Autonomics Server.   *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Some connections to FPQ server were     *
  *                      not closed during Autonomics Server     *
  *                      shutdown. This caused FPQ3111I error    *
  *                      messages.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Install the APAR and recycle IMS Tools       *
  *                 Base Autonomics Server.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  Now closing all open connections to FPQ server at shutdown to
  eliminate FPQ3111I error messages.
