  A SQLCODE -4743 / SQLCODEN4743 error:
  
  ERROR: ATTEMPT TO USE A FUNCTION WHEN THE
  APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY SETTING IS SET
  FOR A PREVIOUS LEVEL
  
  is observed when attempting to import, analyze, and run a
  new NSP in DB2 V11 NFM with DB2 system parameter APPLCOMPAT
  set to 'V10R1' .
  
  The GEN function generated procedure options
  BUSINESS_TIME SENSITIVE, SYSTEM_TIME SENSITIVE,
  ARCHIVE SENSITIVE which are applicable for DB2 11
  NFM only and caused the failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  
  The following new warning messages ADB1959W / msgadb1959w
  and ADB1960W / msgadb1960w are displayed:
  
  ADB1959W DB2 stored procedure DSNWZP call to get
  DB2 system parameters (DSNZPARM) failed. The default value for
  APPLCOMPAT DB2 system parameter is used as V11R1.
  
  ADB1960W The option GETDB2ZP = 'N' is specified, therefore GEN
  cannot call the DB2 stored procedure DSNWZP and get the
  DB2 system parameters (DSNZPARM). The default value for
  APPLCOMPAT DB2 system parameter is used as V11R1.
