PI78946: FIX VARIOUS APPLICATION RECOVERY PROBLEMS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This fix will correct the following problems:
  1. In the Recovery Utility and Index Rebuild Utility the IDCAMS
     delete/define PDS is currently required and should not be.
  2. In the Index Rebuild Utility, if the FP secondary index
     member is not specified, application recovery will fail.
  3. In the BSYHPIC Image Copy skeleton, the GENJCL_START
     GENTYPE=IC GENPHAS=JCL is currently required or the JCL for
     IC is not built.

  *                        sets prevented the quiet time         *
  *                        analysis from working                 *
  *                      - Corrected a message being issued by   *
  *                        IMS discovery                         *

• Code has been changed to correct the errors.
