  *                 z/OS who use the MAKEPBR command             *
  *                 with the ALT function and specify            *
  *                 CM = 'YES'.                                  *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A SQLCODE=-650 / SQLCODEN650 error is   *
  *                      observed when using the MAKEPBR         *
  *                      command to change an index-             *
  *                      controlled partitioning tablespace      *
  *                      to Partition-By-Range (PBR), and        *
  *                      using Change Management.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When using the MAKEPBR command to change an index-
  controlled partitioning tablespace to PBR, and specifying
  CM='YES', if there are GRANT statements associated with
  the table in this tablespace, running the change causes a
  SQLCODE = -650 / SQLCODEN650 error:
