Error description

• ORF BMP pauser can turn off the APF authorization taken over
  from another program causing ABENDS047.

  When ORF BMP pauser is called by other APF-authorized program,
  the ORF BMP pauser turns off the APF authorization that is taken
  over from the APF-authorized program, which can cause ABENDS047
  in subsequent programs that need APF authorization.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies ORF BMP pauser so that it turns off APF
  authorization only when ORF BMP pauser is the first program
  which gets control in a job step.
