PI78787: WOLA ACEE copied from CICS invalid for TSS

Error description

When connecting CICS to WebSphere using WOLA using the CICS
logged on userid TSS complains that the associated ACEE is
invalid.  TSS uses the address of the ACEE for validation.
It must appear in either their list of valid userid's or it
must be in the list managed by IBM. WOLA copies the ACEE
from the CICS application into a new control block changing
the address of the ACEE and making it invalid.
The change will copy the pointer of the acee instead of
copying the ACEE to new storage and then passing the pointer
of the new storage.

The ACEE passed for SAF Authorization is copied from the ACEE
passed into Optimized local Adapters from CICS. Top Secret  will
not validate this ACEE.

Problem conclusion

The ACEE passed from CICS is now passed directly. No copy is
made

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
