Error description

• When a service client class has both @ManagedBean and
  @WebServiceRef annotations, two <service-ref> components are
  created and two service clients are displayed on the
  administrative console.

  created in deployment descriptor file and two service clients
  are displayed on the administrative console.
  

Problem conclusion

• Web services engine has been changed to avoid duplicate
  service clients.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
  in fix packs 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.8.  Please refer to the
