Error description

• When running the APPLY phase of an ANALYZE job the
  ADB2DSN CLIST ABENDs with an IKJ56545I message indicating an
  invalid substring expression with data similar to the following:

  &STR(DR&SUBSTR(3:4,).FC.D.S&SUBSTR(3:4,2017)0317.DBNAME.
  TSNAME.DRCPY)
