Error description
When user try to log in to the out of the box Analytics social link as /ui/analytics/social, it throws exception of <message>FFQEP0002E An error occurred when processing a remote API. The reason is : FFQEP1802E The search server could not find a specified family analyticssocial in the store ESPrefStore</message>
Local fix
1. Stop search server using "esadmin searchserver.node1 stop". 2. Update $ES_NODE_ROOT/master_config/searchserver/kvstore.properties and add "analyticssocial" at the end of the dvstore.preferences.families property like below: --- kvstore.preference.families=searchdefault,searchicn,searchmobile ,searchsocial,analyticsdefault,analyticsadvanced,analyticsmobile ,analyticsicn,analyticseqw,analyticsmarket,analyticsvoc,analytic srdf,analyticsvision,analyticssocial --- 3. Eexecute "esadmin config sync" command. 4. Restart search server using "esadmin searchserver.node1 start".
