Error description

• In shared queues environment the ENQ count and DEQ counts are
  not displayed. ISM does not obtain the ON QUEUE count by
  querying the shared queues.

Problem conclusion

• This APAR corrects a defect in Sysplex Manager v1.3.  ISPF
  client IMS resource definitions panel showed incorrect
  transaction ENQ count when the Transactions resource was
  selected.
