PI78463: After configuring a connection factory for CICS RAR, the server issues J2CA8501E

Error description

When you create a connection factory using CICS RAR and use
it,
the Liberty server 16.0.0.v will throw a warning:
J2CA8501E: Property tPNName of configuration element xxx
cannot
be set because it is not found on the class
com.ibm.connector2.cics.ECIManagedConnectionFactory.

When using Liberty 8.5.5.x versions the issue is not seen
with
the same configuration.

When the second character of a JCA configuration property name
is upper case, the property is sometimes processed incorrectly,
causing configured values to not be honored and an error such as
the following to appear in the logs:
J2CA8501E: Property tPNName of configuration element
connectionFactory[cf1] cannot be set because it is not found on
the class com.ibm.connector2.cics.ECIManagedConnectionFactory.

Problem conclusion

Fixed product code to correctly merge JCA config property with
JavaBean property when case doesn't match.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
